In professional lives most of us interact with other people whom we either don’t prefer or can’t have smooth relation. The root cause of all this conflict is personality clash. In spite of our best effort we can’t simply get out of it. As a result we lose doing work in the workplace and suffer from depression. One man’s worry becomes the all men’s burden in the work areas.
