Reflection
Reflection or intent consideration is an important part of reading. Consuming too much information without considering them intently, will make you overwhelmed. Experimentation
Making progress in life is practically impossible without experimentation. Set aside time every week so that you can test out the ideas or theories you have learned or acquired. No matter how busy and crazy you are, it will work. Even if it fails, it will leave you with a priceless lesson.

Never intermingled working with learning

How to keep every conversation going naturally


Sometimes speaking to someone else goes on very well, but suddenly you lose words to share. Silence stands between you and the other. But, there is a way that will lead to keep your conversation going on.

Share at least 30% of new information:

No conversation will continue if there is no new information and it is only the repetition of the same information. It gets you bored and you will get no stimulation from the conversation. This type of conversation is like an upturned pyramid. The more you continue to talk, less information is exchanged.

The use of 30% rule, you and your friend, it is easier to learn new things every time. It keeps the conversation interesting and at the same time freshen up both of you.

Why sharing not more or less than 30%

If you go on adding  new information too much, the conversation will be  one-sided. The person whom you are speaking to may feel that you are  not paying attention to them. He/she will take your conversation  simply as recitation of lots of facts known to you. It is nothing more than a lecture than a conversation.

How to make 30% rule to work

In conversation, both the parties need to be involved to make it continue.  If the person you are speaking to,  gets bored somehow, you will fail to make him interested anymore.  If the 30% rule doesn’t work, put off conversation for another day.

Every topic doesn’t offer equal opportunity

Every topic doesn’t have much potentiality to be carried on for some time. If someone said that “the apple is sweet” you might feel that there is nothing to add to this statement. You simply need to acknowledge the statement. But if it is like “ the food I took in the new restaurant is very nice.” It is very much inspirational to involve the other person to converse with you adding another information.  

A brief to interesting conversation

  • Listen to the other person attentively.
  • Try to understand  what they intend to say
  • Ask questions, but avoid answering  with "yes" or "no" type answers.
  • Avert  one-word answers.
  • Act enthusiastically and interestingly
  • Resolve awkwardness by joking about it. 
  • Go deeper as possible.

It needs skill that will make the other person speak to you continuously. Once you know how to do, it is never difficult for you to implement the tactic.
