Our happiness doesn’t depend on our happiness nor can we be fully happy with ourselves. Understanding our own psychology and the people around us is the precondition of our happiness.

Simply misunderstanding others and their reactions to us will bring nothing. We need better state of mind that will smooth down our perceptions and limit the amount of negativity about things around us.

Never caught in other’s thought

Always thinking of what other people say is detrimental to you happiness. Each and every men is loaded with their own trouble. They are trapped in their mental setup. That people are thinking about themselves is only the supposition of our mind. Without worrying other’s thought about yourself, can lead you happier life.


It is another wrong to think we are same person that we had been 10 years ago. Our past, present and future are fundamentally independent. It is true from the fact that the psychology changes with the change of our mind. This is why we should emphasize on the present at the point of decision making.

Never compare with others

We are very much prone to compare ourselves with other. In our real life we need to show our best side to others. We hardly express our vulnerability of the panic of being judged by the other.
But truth is that we are all vulnerable. We always want to be accepted by others. We fear rejection. Thinking this way is a huge waste of time. By comparing and contrasting, you will bring for nothing. Just keep it mind that even the richest of the rich also have their insecurities, worry etc.

Never advice other 

Sometimes it might happen that you wish to advise your friends in trouble. But, the cases are not rare, when the people turn their deaf eyes over your problems. The thing is that, none wish to listen to your advice, they rather sense disheartened.

Your behavior in certain situations is conditioned by that situation only. Just get out of the situations for a brief period of time and reset you’re your mind. You will find yourself completely realistic.
