It is the general concern of the Managers of the organizations as to the use of application of performance data that truly help out the employees. On investigation of the real situation, four components have been revealed:

Clarity

It generates an immediate action like something might happen today. Very often we utter contentment and ignore dissatisfaction. Action is called for before the day’s closure. It creates an impetus to pave the way to happen something. It creates a particular action that allows following up. It leads to identify the next step. So, commitment to actions that happens instantly.

Increasingly, the marketing scenario continues to modify. The technology, the authorize consumers, the technology and the Internet, are some of the important compelling forces that shape the new changes.
