5 Ways to revive positive energy when everything goes out your hand

Positive thinking focuses on the good and expects good in return. Having a positive attitude is more than a thinking in a happy mood with a bright attitude of mind. It is the anticipation of goodness, health and prosperity. It is a kind of belief that everything, however difficult it may be, will be overcome favorably at last.

The important consideration is that, optimism is not the absence of negativity not does it mean the ignoring the negativity. Rather,  it is the thought that despite of the present negative situation, it can be overcome favorably.

Ways to revive positive energy

Staying positive is not easy. Positivity can start when you are attacked with a series of pessimism, breakdown, frustration and heartbreak. Every adverse situation takes away energy from us and push us a bit out of faith. Once the positive resources are worn-out, the pessimism starts to creep in. Finally, take hold of our mind.

There are few ways that can help to revitalize you with positive energy

·        Be in the midst nature

The revelation in nature promotes human mind and body to lower the stress level and enhance the level of working memory with sense of reconstruction.

·        Perform random social work of humanity

Shift your focus to others who are living distressed lives. Try to put smiles on their faces. Coming close to them will make you realize that the lives can be so sorrowful. Doing something good for them will lift your mood and serves you with a little diversion.

·        Allow yourself a mental escape

Exhaustion kills positivity silently. Take break when things get overpowering you.  Do something to give your mind a break to get renewed energy to face the challenge of life. Break may anywhere between a nap to a long drive.

Stress is highly  transmittable.  The more you are surrounded by the frustrated people, the more you will be affected by their  thoughts. Choose carefully who the people  you will allow to come into your circle.

·        Take deep breathing

Deep breathing helps to force the toxic air out from the brain and replenish it with fresh air. It facilitates the mind to recapture intellectual transparency. Clarity of mind, even for a few moments, can change everything.

Bottom line:
Never stand yourself as failure figure, rather present yourself as victorious. Celebrate all the victories that you could able to do, however small it might be. As you know an adage goes, “difficult roads often lead to beautiful destination.”

How to Get Rich Even If You Don't Have Much resource presently

Whenever it is the question of rich and poor you may think it as fortune or misfortune. Luck sometimes plays an important factor in deciding whether you will be shining in the future or be encircled by gloom. The family where you born into or the birth place, or the abundance of wealth or good luck might play greater role in making you rich or poor.

But what is important above all is your mind set. It is necessary to know what type of mindset you have. What dominates our life is our belief that steers our lives to the goal that we firmly believe it to be.

If all the time you think and experience about being poor, it is likely that you will have to continue being as poor. On the other side, if you aim at being rich and always hold the idea of being so, you are likely to get rich to richer day by day.

Poor people with their negative mindset search for problems, instead of finding the solutions. They normally make responsible to others for their poor conditions.
Rich people, even if they grow up in adverse condition, accept the situation as an opportunity to do something helpful for their career. They think that life will throw stones of obstacles on the road to success, but never turn them into reasons for your failure.

“They” feeling and “We” feeling

When working with others in the company or in any workplace, poor people always aloof themselves from the other members. Creating a concept of “they and us” the poor are not taking the responsibility, but ready to move the liability to others.

On the other hand, “what if” is a very common question in rich and successful people. They perceive potentiality in all,   rather than closing it with downbeat assumptions.

Importance of timeVs Importance of money

Poor people believe that if they work more hour, they will be able to earn an additional buck. They focus on lack of money that must be compensated with extra work and extra money.

The rich people focus on money over time. They focus on what they do, rather than worrying about it.

Competition Vs   Creation

The people of poor mindset are very much  competitive. This is because, they always compare with other people and try to follow them. The problem is that they never think in different ways.

The rich people bring success by accomplishing what they can without comparing or competing.

So, it matters a little where you start, it is about your attitude or mindset that matters. Start thinking from the stand of abundance and see how the things go on changing. It is not money, but situation that matter. Make the best use of the situation to spin money in a short time.

Skill of listening to with patient

Working with people belong to diverse types of community is really good. But it can be the sources of issues. 5 common mistakes we make when choosing our carrier

The finding of career path is one of the most important decisions that you will have to take in your life. The jobs take most of our waking hours. It is important that the path you choose ultimately takes you to success and fulfillment. But choosing the right one out of many, is complicated. Our ideaof a career often based on and decided by family expectation, societal anticipation and belief in our traditions that are simply an outdated belief.

The reason behind the difficulties of choosing a career

The business world  is now pacing fast with developing technology. Keeping all this in mind,  we are now more alert about our job selection than before. But the positive side of the of this situation is that, we have become more competitive, and precise about our choice of job. It seems hard to change your career, if you find it cracks up for you.

Here are 5 beliefs that pass through our minds when we choose our career

·        “I won’t accept any job  if I don’t get the best”
Aiming high is always good. But this may be damaging to the ultimate decisions as we create a limited mindset to our ultimate potential. When we eye at particular job and obsessed with it, we are blind to the other equally potential jobs. Keep open your mind to career path.

·        “I’m to pick my career life  a particular age”

We  are sometimes bound to enter into career lifeat a very early age, say 20. Remember,  we are evolving continuously. Every moment we are a new “I”. How we feel at 20, is not same at 30. It is a common myth that the more we get older, the harder it is to change our career.
But there examples are not rare, when people made their career in later life. Never take your age as a limitation when endeavoring to go to next.

·        “I am eligible for the career based on my Certificate”

We tend to think that our educational certification should continue. We think that the investment we made in our education needs to be continued. This mindset narrows us to pick a few career only. Allow yourself to rule out the idea that something you get doesn’t go with your education. It is nothing waste, but another stage of your development.

·        I should mind my hobby orinterest when choosing my career

It is often said that we should mind our passions, hobbies and interests whenever we choose a career. This is fine if you can find one to satiate your obsession, but at a certain stage of our life our passions and emotion changes with the priorities of our lives. You can develop new passions with your new career.

·        “I must earnmore money than my peers”

Making the comparison is a risky and treacherous game. Seeing ourselves as a rival to our peers and considering other people’s success as the determiner of your own achievement is a negative set of mind.  We must grow in different directions,  both professionally and personally.
