Positive thinking focuses on the good
and expects good in return. Having a positive attitude is more than a thinking
in a happy mood with a bright attitude of mind. It is the anticipation of goodness,
health and prosperity. It is a kind of belief that everything, however
difficult it may be, will be overcome favorably at last.
The important consideration is that,
optimism is not the absence of negativity not does it mean the ignoring the

Staying positive is not easy. Positivity
