Only the Right Site selection can make your Job Search success



Whether a site will meet your demand or not depends on your search by inquiring your friends and family members and the colleagues. It’ll help you to generate a starting point of your job search. Go ahead to exchange your ideas with the others. Remember that it is all the suggestions. If all this doesn’t work,  jump on to Google search. Browse some promising sites. If they don’t work, broaden out of your own.
Before all this done by you, ask yourself a few questions as you scan sites.

First:

The site offers different things. First,  it is important to know what the site proposes.  Some offer only job listings, at the same time others also offer opportunities for networking, group discussion, and newsletters and articles with tips for job-search and even lists of traders. You can also contact for more information on other professions.

Second:

The registering for the sites that offer jobs per week is of no use. Check how frequently the site updates the job list.  But there’s probably no point registering for the site gets a few new job listings per week. Only sites with few job offers probably aren’t worth your time.

Third:

Check the site owner by clicking “About Us”at the top or at the bottom of the website. If the company seems to you unknown, plug their name to find out details in Google search. There are lots of companies that are perfectly legitimate,  but there are many that are neither helpful or trustworthy.

Fourth:

If you spend a lot of time on any site, make sure the customer support team is enthusiastic to help you in your problem. Fire off a quick email or message to them, ask them questions or just check on their receptiveness. If they don’t get back to you, it is better to save your time by not moving on their sites.

Fifth:

Be sure to take a look at the privacy policy of the site to ensure that your information will not be shared by the owner with any third parties. If the privacy policy doesn’t commit this, there are lots of other sites that you can visit and use them to serve your purpose.

Sixth:

Check if there is any fee to use the sites.  There are some sites that free for basic use. While some sites charge for features like networking and high-volume messaging. Though it depends, some of the paid features may worth spending  money.  But,  never depend on a site that charges you and entice you to register. Any trustworthy will at least offer you a free look.

Considering the above points, decide which site you should visit for your job selection.

Learning a language is like learning anything else in life; what you need to know is a few tricks, tips and shortcuts to make the learning process easier.

1.     Prepare the right mindset
Before you even pick the book or the dictionaries of any language, make sure that you are not thinking pessimistically. You will not be receptive to learn a new language if you start with negative attitude. Shun your pessimism and think what you can.
2.     Learn all the alphabet, including pronunciation

Before you cultivate the land of the language, make sure you understand the soil basics of the language. Learn the alphabet if you are not familiar with the “letter” of the language.  For example, Japanese, or French, in this case take the time to learn this systematically.

5.     Revert back to your childhood
Tap into the inner child in you. The pictures, bright images, funny analogies that you learnt in your school. They were all fun in learning language. Similarly, try such imageries to attach to your new lexicon.

When there are huge differences in the native tongue and another language, it is better to try thinking of the sentence as a whole, rather than thinking words in isolation for translation.

Never try to learn more and more words. 1000, 10000, 50000 etc. it will not help you get the fluency of words anymore. To be fluent learn most common vocabularies and avoid misusing your time on vocabularies focusing on some themes.

·        If you are a worker, it is very important that you should know the way to follow the instructions step by step. Passively waiting for the next instructions never make you dynamic to take initiative in any action.

·        At your work place it is very important that you are sure to meet all the requirements. Before you do the first step, think what should be the next step. Think ahead,  which part of your assignment needs revisions for better accuracy.

·       The successful people don’t just busy with completing the task that they are doing, they also try to improve the work. This will make you noticed and this is how you will be able to go ahead of others.

·        Successful people make sure that they can go ahead with planning every step strategically. It will lead them to reach their goal very soon.

How to hack your brain for improved focus?



The lack of focus is one of the biggest hurdles to productivity. In theory, it may be true that you are a skilled person, and do your job completely well. But, all will be in vain, if you lack focus. If you can’t focus what you are doing, you might produce sloppy work and fail to do it in time.

At one time or another, we are trapped in the problem of lack of focus. The reasons behind the issues may be many, such as, lack of sleep previous night, self doubt, stress and strain, or it might be a trivial distraction. These prevent us from focusing on the subject we are dealing with. The lack focus is the greatest enemy of productivity.


Separate your task

If you enhance your focus, isolate that matter from others that might virtually distract your attention. You will be amazed to find that how many things of distraction are there.  If you are doing any important work on  PC, close other web browser, or any other programs. Close the planner and turn your phone off. When there is only one thing under your focus, you have no other options but to attend the matter.

Consume food

An empty stomach can’t support your brain,  which requires the proper fuel. Consuming breakfast, lunch, dinner or a healthy snack increase focal point of  the brain on important things. Just be sure that you are not not taking junk food collecting from a vending machine. Eat only wholesome food to nourish your brain and enables it enhance the focus of mind. You can drink tea or coffee to boost your brain power. If you find nothing handy, try chewing gum that mimics the act of chewing food. It helps to enhance the focus.

Make a tighter deadline

The deadlines are always hectic. So fixed a strict deadline yourself. It will act as a counterproductive strategy. The human brain works well under the stress or limitation. So making a tighter deadline is a great way to increase your focus.

Meditate

Sometimes restlessness results in lack of focus. If you are stressed with other worries,  it can interfere with the situation. It can push you out of your focus. The best way to drive out all these worries are practising meditation. Find a place free from the din and bustles, close your eyes, breathe deeply to free your mind from clutter. It may take some time, but effective meditation can reset your mind 
effectively and helps to increase  your focus on any matter.

You will be surprised to find how quickly your focus is getting greater. With a big focus, you will get more and feel better at the end.

Being single is tough, especially for those who love to be in a relationship. But, most ironic part is that even  that relationship is nothing but full of drama and loads of problems, it is better to go off the relation right now.

Love yourself and love being yourself  

It is a common belief that finding someone to love and to be loved completes you. But it is a knotty puzzle. You might think that all your problems will be vanished when you are in a relationship. The truth is that nobody can love you as you love yourself. A relationship can never fill your emptiness. The true love comes when both of persons love themselves first and share their love with each other. Just go out and treat yourself with a nice dinner. Request a table for you and enjoy the food you like most. If you feel uncomfortable, do it again till you are comfortable.

Think of something which you love to enjoy,  but could not do when you had been in a relationship. In toxic relationship, we miss a lot of things that we used to enjoy. Find songs that really lift your mood. Try more them. Find new and involve in them.

Stop wishing what you could have been

It is easy to think what could have been, especially those good things. You may go to some happy place in your imagination. You may easily love to believe that if you had been in love,  the things might have been different.

But ask yourself again, is this really help to make you happy. Probably not. It is very easy to think of the ideal situation, but when we were in the past, it deprived all our happiness.


We tend to connect some good memories with our “Ex” during our loneliness. The hard truth is that the person with whom you were in relation is not in your relationship anymore. The person is “Ex” now.

Try to be grateful for the person you taught to learn how to cope with the adversities.

Feel genuinely happy for the people in the relationship

It is human to feel jealous of those in a relationship. But,  next time you feel like this, stop your feeling. One of the best ways to get over the feelings is to tell them verbally how much you are happy now. They will be happy to hear it and it will bounce back to you.

Go out and meet people whom you could relate

There are lots of ways to find and meet people of  your choice. Join any group and meet other singles like you. Go and have a light drink with them. May be it is in some of the restaurant or in any nightclub.

Embrace the time when you are alone. It is much better to be happier than being miserable.

5 Office-friendly yoga poses you need to know



Even after knowing the benefit of yoga, we hardly can manage time to practice yoga for holistic healing. But now, after reading it, you can’t escape from doing yoga at your office. As described in this post, you can receive the same benefits of yoga even in your office sitting at your desk.


1. Chair Cat Cow elongation

This pose improves the position and stability. It strengthens your spine and neck as well. In addition, it reduces the back pain.

How to do: 

·        Sit on a chair with stretching the spine, keep both the feet on the floor.
·        Arch the back, push your belly forward.
·        Push your shoulders backwards. In this cow position, you need to inhale
·        Now exhale slowly by rounding your spine, bringing shoulder forward and look downwards.
·        Continue this moving between cow and cat taking 5 breathing each time.

2. Chair raising hand posture

This pose improves the posture, opens the shoulder and strengthens the core. It lowers the back pain and alleviate the risk of herniated  disk.

How to do:
·        Sit on a chair facing forwards with your feet flat in the floor
·        Inhale and raise your hands up.
·        Hold this position for a few breathes.
·        Exhale and sweep your hands downwards to your sides.


It loosens your shoulder and wrists. It releases stiffness of the between the shoulder blades and strengthens your legs. It minimizes the chances of recurring strain injuries also.

How to do: 
·       
          Cross your left thigh over your right thigh, if possible, wrap your left foot all the way around your right calf.
·        Curve the elbows and get your palms forward till they touch.
·        Lift your elbows while dropping your shoulders away from the ears. Hold for 3-4 breaths. 

4. Chair Spinal Twist

It relieves back pain and stiffness. It unlocks the chest and boosts oxygen supply to your lungs. The hip joints are also relaxed by this pose.
  
How to do:
·        
       Sit sideways on a chair, facing your right.
·        Twist your torso towards the right, holding onto the back of the chair.
·        Extend the spine with every inhalation and entwine on every exhale for 5  breaths.
·        Move about your legs around to the left side and repeat the twist for your left side.

5. Seated Double Hamstring

This  stretching of the hamstrings and lowering the back, improves the circulation of the blood and relieves tightness of the legs. It reduces the risk for sciatica also.

How to do:
·        Sit near the edge of the chair and place your feet on the floor.
·        Place a towel around the ball of the feet.
·        Lengthen the back part and lift your sternum and lean forward from the hip crease.
·        Lean forward as you can with your back and knees straight.
