A few Body Language slip-up the Successful People Never Make

In our daily lives body language plays an important part, knowingly or unknowingly. With just a few body gestures we can reveal a lot of things. It may be meeting with the strangers, or can be a formal interactions with your boss or colleagues at your workplace.  For confident and successful people body language is the part of their apparel and make up. They never make a few mistakes  as they know it may affect their lives in a negative way. A few examples  are here:

They never avoid eye contact:

When you avoid looking eye to eye, it reveals that you want to hide something. It also reveals your low self confident. When you are in professional conversation with your coworker, maintaining eye contact is essential. It conveys the message that you are a man of strength and confidence. The handshake with loose grip is the indication of insincerity. There are person who shake hands by sandwiching  other’s hand. This is very much awkward. They are literally wishing to take the upper hand.

They never slouch

Slouching or bad posture is the warning sign of your lack of confidence. It is the clearest indication that you have a low energy level.  The curved back, shoulder pointing inward, crossed arms  and legs are all the indication of something of your low confidence. On the other hand, a straight back and shoulder maximizes your amount of confidence and power of assertions.

They never make weak handshake

Although handshake lasts for a few seconds, it leaves a great impressions. Firm handshake suggests self confidence and strong will power. On the other hand,  weak handshake  is the indication that you lack authority and power. So make sure that your handshake is always firm and strong.

They never expose exaggerated gestures

Exaggerated, or overjoyed gestures can be the indication that you are stretching the truth or you are chaotic. Communicate with controlled gestures that is the clear indication of your leadership and confidence. Showing palm of your hands during the interaction is the indications that you are very much open and have nothing to hide.

They never indulge in Fidgeting

The biting of nails, playing with your hair, tapping your fingers on the table are the examples of fidgeting that clearly shows that you are in anxiety.

They never refuse to smile when necessary

Smiling is the expression of confidence and energy, and also an openness. In the formal expressions it sets the mirror to your listeners to instruct them to smile back.
